Great graphics giving lots of advice 🙂 Unfortunately, many employers forget about such important things, and then they are surprised that employees do not feel comfortable at work. For me, a good way to do it is to write down tasks to do on a daily basis and to specify how much time a given activity can take. I do not lose time between particular activities performed at work, I only go straight from one to the other, I also have an entire business day planned 🙂
